    Welcome to Invited Sales by Tracy Jordan ("we", "us", "our"). By participating in our online auctions, tag sales, staging and construction services, or using our website and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please do not participate.

    • We operate online auctions, tag sales, and staging/construction services, including related websites, apps, catalogs, and communications.
    • We may update or modify events, schedules, offerings, and project scope at our discretion.

    Eligibility

    • You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements.
    • You must provide accurate information when registering, bidding, or engaging our services.

    Accounts

    • If an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
    • You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

    Bidding, purchasing, and service provision

    • All bids/offers are subject to acceptance by us and are binding when you receive confirmation.
    • Auction items and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or revised at any time.
    • Prices and terms may change without notice prior to bid acceptance or service agreement.
    • Payment methods are processed by approved third-party processors. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
    • You are responsible for any taxes, premiums, duties, or fees applicable to your location.

    Shipping, delivery, and staging/construction

    • For physical items, shipping/delivery times are estimates and subject to vendor schedules.
    • For staging/construction projects, timelines, milestones, and acceptance criteria are defined in a separate project agreement.
    • Risks pass to you upon delivery or handover; you are responsible for inspecting shipments and completed work.

    Returns, refunds, and dispute resolution

    • No Returns for goods follow the seller's or our posted policies; for services, refunds are governed by the service agreement.
    • Disputes are typically resolved per the terms of the purchase agreement or project contract, and, where applicable, through arbitration or courts as defined.

    Intellectual property

    Our logos, branding, and content are protected. You may not use them without permission.

    Privacy

    Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to data collection and processing as described there.

    Prohibited conduct

    You agree not to misuse the service, infringe rights, engage in fraudulent activity, manipulate bidding, or disrupt our systems.

    Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for safety reasons, or terminate a project/engagement for cause.

    Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid or owed for the relevant order or project.

    You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of the Terms or violation of laws.
